Pipedrive is a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) service configured per domain. Each client domain gets its own API token — keeping CRM data isolated. This makes it ideal for agencies managing multiple client Pipedrive accounts. API access is included on all Pipedrive plans, from Essential ($14/mo) through Enterprise.

The deals/timeline endpoint requires the 'Deals forecast' feature, which may not be available on all plans or sandbox accounts — Agentcy handles this gracefully with a fallback
Deal installments (recurring revenue tracking) require the Growth plan or higher
Pipedrive uses a token-based rate limit system — the Essential plan gets 30,000 tokens/day per seat, which supports roughly 200+ Agentcy queries per day
The API token is per-user, not per-account — each team member has their own token with their own permission level
Sandbox/developer accounts have a 45-day inactivity deactivation policy — use a real Pipedrive account for production
All 30 operations are read-only — Agentcy never creates, modifies, or deletes data in your Pipedrive account
