Services/Google Ads

Google Ads

Campaign performance, ad spend, ROAS, keywords, and conversion tracking.

OVERVIEW

Google Ads is where your paid search and display budgets are managed. Agentcy connects to the Google Ads API (via GAQL queries) to give you natural-language access to campaign performance, spend, conversions, and keyword data.

Ask about your ROAS, top-converting keywords, campaign spend comparisons, or quality scores. Agentcy translates your questions into the right GAQL queries, handling the complexity of segments, metrics, and date ranges automatically.

For agencies managing multiple client accounts, Agentcy supports Manager (MCC) accounts — just provide your login customer ID alongside the client's customer ID.

Agentcy also covers Google Local Services Ads (LSA) — the pay-per-lead "Google Screened / Google Guaranteed" ads for service businesses. Ask about your Local Services leads by type (calls, messages, bookings), which leads you were charged for, the call recordings and message transcripts behind them, your verification and badge status (license, insurance, background check), and your Local Services spend. If your Local Services runs in a separate account under the same manager, Agentcy auto-detects and connects it — no customer ID hunting required.

TIPS

7

Customer ID is a 10-digit number without dashes (e.g. 1234567890, not 123-456-7890)

If your account is managed by an MCC (Manager account), you must also provide the Login Customer ID

The Google account must have at least read access to the Ads account

Conversion tracking must be set up in Google Ads for conversion metrics to appear

ROAS calculations require conversion values to be configured

Local Services Ads often live in a separate account from your search campaigns — Agentcy auto-detects it under your manager account, or you can connect it manually

Local Services has no per-lead dollar amount in the API — you get charged/credited status per lead plus aggregate spend
