ActiveCampaign
Email & SMSUntestedEmail campaign opens and clicks, link-level reports, automation enrollment, contacts, and sales-pipeline deals.
OVERVIEW
ActiveCampaign combines email marketing, marketing automation, and a light CRM in one platform, which makes it three analytical surfaces in a single source. Agentcy connects to the ActiveCampaign v3 API to give you natural-language access to campaign performance (opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes), link-level click reports, automation enrollment, contact engagement, and your sales pipeline of deals by stage.
The real unlock is reading email and CRM together, and then pairing both with the rest of your stack: ask one question and connect the Google Ads campaign that drove a signup to the ActiveCampaign automation it entered and the pipeline deal it became, synthesized into a single answer no single-platform tool can produce.
Agentcy reads ActiveCampaign in read-only mode, so it answers and advises but never changes your contacts, deals, or campaigns, the trust posture agencies want when handling client data.
This service has not been fully tested yet
ActiveCampaign is implemented and available, but hasn't been verified end-to-end with real data. Routing, API responses, and synthesis may need refinement. If you run into any issues or want to help us test, . We'll work with you directly — we just need access to a live data source to thoroughly test and validate the integration.

TIPS
5ActiveCampaign uses an account-specific API URL (region-suffixed, not a single shared domain), so you must provide both the URL and the API key
Each user in the account has their own API key; the data you can read follows that user's permissions
Email open and click metrics only appear after a campaign has actually been sent and opened
Deal values are reported in your account currency, with a per-currency pipeline total
Agentcy is read-only: it reports on ActiveCampaign data but never creates or edits contacts, deals, or campaigns
